Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us at ironbeard.store@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You do not need to ship the product back.
Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at ironbeard.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it for you.
Change of mind Because our products ship internationally, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or accidental orders. If you have any questions about the product before purchasing, email us — we're happy to help you decide.
